One thing to notice on the quote is the 64 gallons of  paint for a 92 SQM floor area?

Pricing for cistern tank was also included even if the water system is coming from the main distribution line.

Some amounts doesn't co-inside with the BOM which is a very big factor in sending out the final quote for approval.

In summary we have declined to pursue the services of the contractor. Even the materials pricing that they have provided doesn't match with the market pricing.
