Trading fees and the likes?

As a newbie into investing these are the initial questions to a would be portfolio manager.

1. How much is transfer or settlement fee?

2. How much is depository or custodian fees?

3. How much is a transaction fee?

4. How much is documentary stamp tax and stock transaction tax?

5. How much is vat on commission and other levies thereon?

If you can provide me a sample computation of a buy order or a sell order I would appreciate it very much.
